Welcome to Lineitem Running Center. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our running center facilities, training programs, workshops, nutrition services, and website (collectively, "Services") operated by Lineitem ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
Lineitem offers several membership options to accommodate different running needs and goals. Current membership types and their associated benefits are available on our website and at our facility. We reserve the right to modify membership types and pricing with appropriate notice to members.
To become a member of Lineitem, you must:
All new members are required to complete a health and fitness assessment before beginning any training program. This assessment helps us create a safe and effective personalized running plan. If we identify any health concerns, we may request medical clearance from your healthcare provider before allowing participation in certain activities.
Memberships are available in monthly, quarterly, and annual terms. Memberships automatically renew at the end of each term unless you provide written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before the renewal date.
You may cancel your membership by submitting a written cancellation request to our front desk staff or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be received at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period.
Early termination of annual memberships may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your membership agreement, except in cases of:
Membership fees are charged according to the rate for your selected membership type. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees at the beginning of each billing period.
We reserve the right to modify our membership fees. Any fee changes will be communicated to members at least 30 days in advance via email and notices posted at our facility.
If your payment is declined or late, we will attempt to notify you. A late fee may be applied if payment is not received within 5 days of the due date. Access to our facilities and services may be suspended until your account is current.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Program-specific refund policies are provided at the time of registration for special programs and workshops.
Our facility hours are posted on our website and at our location. Hours may vary during holidays or special events, and we will provide advance notice of any changes to our regular schedule.
All members and guests must adhere to our code of conduct, which includes:
Members are expected to use our equipment and facilities with care. Any damage caused by misuse may result in charges for repair or replacement. Report any equipment malfunctions or facility issues to our staff immediately.
Members may bring guests to our facility according to their membership level's guest privileges. All guests must sign a waiver before using the facilities and must be accompanied by the member at all times.
Our running programs are designed to accommodate various fitness levels and goals. Participation in specific programs may require additional fees and registration. Program spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our nutrition services are provided by qualified professionals. However, these services are not a substitute for medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have health conditions or take medications.
Registration for workshops and events is separate from general membership. Cancellation policies for workshops and events are provided at the time of registration.
Personal coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to coach availability. Cancellation of coaching sessions with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a charge for the full session.
Members are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information and updating this information if their health status changes. Failure to disclose health conditions that may affect safe participation in activities may result in termination of membership.
In case of injury or medical emergency while at our facility, notify staff immediately. We have first aid equipment and AED devices available, and our staff is trained in basic emergency procedures.
Physical activity, including running and training, carries inherent risks. By using our facilities and services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. Always work within your physical capabilities and follow coach guidance to minimize risk of injury.
All members and guests must sign our liability waiver before using our facilities or services. This waiver acknowledges the risks associated with physical activity and releases Lineitem from liability for injuries or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
Lineitem is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Lockers are available for securing valuables during your visit, but items left overnight may be removed.
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website and at our facility. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
All content on our website, training materials, and nutrition plans are the property of Lineitem and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend memberships for violations of these Terms, inappropriate behavior, or failure to pay membership fees. If your membership is terminated for violation of our policies, you may not be eligible for a refund of prepaid fees.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes through email and notices posted at our facility. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oslo, Norway.
